Ukraine updates: EU office damaged in deadly Kyiv strikes

The EU condemned a “deliberate” Russian attack in which the building of the EU delegation in Kyiv was also hit. Ukraine said at least 14 people were killed in overnight Russian strikes on the capital. DW has more.
