Ukraine updates: EU office in Kyiv damaged in Russian attack

The EU condemned a “deliberate” Russian attack after the building of the EU delegation in Kyiv was hit. Ukraine said at least 14 people were killed in overnight Russian strikes on the capital. DW has more.
